Simcoemedia was recently commissioned to take photographs of Hawarden Castle and Denbigh Castle in North Wales, UK. Toyota Motor Manufacturing on Deeside in Wales required high resolution images of the castles to print as wallpaper for the Denbigh and Hawarden meeting rooms at the factory. To create the level of detail and resolution required a series of RAW files were stitched together using the merge tool and, because the cloudy skies behind Denbigh Castle were less inspiring, the new Sky Replacement tool was used to give the photograph a more colourful, dynamic feel. The result was that each of the 3 images were presented as very high resolution photographs in the proportions required for printing.
