Simcoemedia has been working closely with the company in a project management and design role since the company officially began trading in 2004.

During summer 2008, two placement students worked on a variety of projects from analysis of databases for improving workflow to the production of a knowledge base in the form of the Torse Wiki. Simcoemedia was responsible for the management and delivery of these and responsible directly to the Operations Manager, Mark Johnson.

There have also been instances where it has been necessary to be involved in generating agreements and project overviews with companies such as Nottingham University based Environmental Technology Centre.

In February 2009 the company decided to ask Simcoemedia to redesign their site with a view to incorporating information rich content for those who want to know more about the industry but also a simple overview of how the company can potentially save business customers time and money.

Working with Simcoemedia has been an important part of establishing our communication with the rest of the world through both electronic and printed material. We need a designer to provide an objective and creative view of communicating to our customers as a professional organisation,…someone with the right approach or attitude to working with a company to deliver quality design on time.

In addition, it’s not just about getting the result we asked for. The design process we’ve experienced has challenged us to see our business in a new light, from an external perspective, and to take a fresh look at the types of technology available to us to gain more customers and keep them happy.
