Torse is a UK based energy purchasing and management group with a focus on providing informed choice in an increasingly complex energy market. Simcoemedia has been working closely with the company in a project management and design role since the company officially began trading in 2004.
During summer 2008, two placement students worked on a variety of projects from analysis of databases for improving workflow to the production of a knowledge base in the form of the Torse Wiki. Simcoemedia was responsible for the management and delivery of these and responsible directly to the Operations Manager, Mark Johnson.
There have also been instances where it has been necessary to be involved in generating agreements and project overviews with companies such as Nottingham University based Environmental Technology Centre.
