is under further development since November 17 with a Content
Management System and Forum being installed [adapted from phpBB which is a nice little system]. Users will be able to upload
new conferences, add papers and other info.

I Love Christmas: With Christmas swiftly approaching
it seems appropriate to promote the short film 'I Love Christmas'.
This was shown at the 2005 BANG! Film Festival, Broadway Cinema
in Nottingham last December. It was written, directed and produced
by Simcoemedia with help from Matt Dix of Love Ends Disaster!

More Loughborough Research: With W3C standards
becoming more important in terms of compliance and site design
/ development, all sites now developed by Simcoemedia will be
produced without the use of tables [or only in specific circumtances
such as Greenbarnes product selector created by Adobe ImageReady] and with usability
as a priority. The latest examples of this site development

conference website.

Development and update of the Drawing Research Network
website: In 2003 Steve Garner and Pete Simcoe [Simcoemedia]
set up the Drawing Research Network. This is described on the
site as 'loose network of individuals and institutions who are
involved in some way with drawing research, for example via
professional practice, education or the promotion of drawing'.
The site has recently been updated and now includes a helpful
Zeemap which will gradually become a useful tool for locating
members in addition to their details on the site: >

New look for Joogleberry Playhouse: The Joogleberry
Playhouse is one of the most popular venues in Sussex. Located
just round the corner from the famous pier, the Playhouse has
entertained guests such as Sir Paul McCartney amongst other
celebrities. Simcoemedia designed the logo, has produced all
the advertising and built the website. The website interface
and structure needed a little development from its humble beginnings
and the new look gives it a minor face lift!

Simple Minded: A new AUDIO project is underway.
In addition to the original material, Simcoemedia is involved
with work on a Simple Minds tribute EP and short tour in the
new year. Work on the project has already begun with Simon Hayward
[of Sample Minds] and George Porter [Pop Electro] on some demo

page. You can find a range of useful design, multimedia,
educational and communication related sites on this resource.

Love Ends Disaster! Tour: In 2003 Simcoemedia
worked with Nottingham band Love Ends Disaster! on promo photos
and their website - www.loveendsdisaster.co.uk
which has since grown since its original design in October 03
to be a core promotional tool for the band. They are about to
start a tour around England next week and have released 2 tracks

Dr Ice photo page: Dr Kristan Bromley has
been working with Simcoemedia for the last 3 years, designing
logos, promotional material and other media for his Ice Sport
Technology and RACE projects. Kristan and Shelley Rudman had
significant press coverage during the 06 winter olympics. A
studio photography session took place in late June and the results
of this session can be seen below:

New Simcoemedia soundtrack > Work has started
on the next Simcoemedia Soundtracks CD even though Soundtracks
III has only just been completed a couple of weeks back. The
current track is a slightly more uptempo track for a Simcoemedia

Joogleberry Playhouse in Brighton celebrated its 3rd birthday
on 5th June. Simcoemedia originally produced
their logo, menus, website and magazine advertising and continues

Ordinary Madness video published: In 2001
a short promo film was made by Peter Simcoe / Emma Kinlock in
Wellington, New Zealand illustrating issues of mental health
and so called 'madness'. The interviews took place at the Cuba
St Carnival, held once a year in the capital. >

Ice Sport Technology's RACE programme promo cards:
Kristan Bromley and Shelley Rudman are known for their
high profile skeleton bobsleigh races in the Winter Olympics
2006. Simcoemedia was asked to design a card for Kristan, Shelley
and the RACE team engineer Richard Bromley. See example.
The RACE logo was originally designed by Simcoemedia back in
2003.

Visit to Turkey: The two links below are to
a couple of films made about Turkey during a visit in late March
2006. These are just a brief overview of Istanbul
and Ankara with the second featuring a wedding attended as part
of the journey. In an attempt to capture the atmosphere of the
